    The Icon Brickell tower is a great building near the downtown area and it is one among among many buildings in this location. However this building has excellent amenities that set it apart from others. Some of these amenities include complimentary 24 hour valet parking, bay front view points right from the pool, and an excellent spa center that caters to a wide variety of needs. This building is in an amazing location and definitely a good option.

    I have stayed in this building for a year and it was amazing. The people are very friendly and a young party crowd. The design of the building is very chic, and colorful.     Best In Brickell!

    Resort-like amenities and everything you need is within walking distance! Restaurants, grocery shopping, pharmacies, and the metro mover station. There are a bunch of schools within Brickell and even more close by. Plus, it’s on the bay with a nice park and walking path. There's no place I'd rather live.

    Phenomenal Atmosphere ... Miami Living at its Best!

    Walking into Icon Tower 1 feels like a whimsical travel through time into someone's fantastical dream! The lighting adds to the magic & as you walk through the brightly colored hallways, you can't help but feel happy!! The amenities in this building are superb & unlike any other in the area... bar none!! The residences are thoughtfully arranged so that there is ample light throughout, plenty of storage (even in one bedrooms!), & feel like a home on the water for all to enjoy!
