Sadly someone here is not being honest....... pls read!!
I have lived here for 6 years and I can tell you that the board and the management are always fighting. The manager owns over 30 units and here is a slum lord. There are roaches, water bugs, and mice in the units eating thru the walls. They are in the laundry rooms on every floor. Kids running down the halls like animals. There is always work being done with the water pipes because the buildings are so old. // There are always signs excuses that there will be no water for 6 to 8 hours. They are never parked in their assigned spaces ppl have to argue over spaces. The storages rooms always have break-ins... Ask around and verify what I'm saying. Packages are stolen all the time from the mailroom or doorways. security is always on their phones. Even when they rover they are busing chatting on the phone. The amenities are not correct. There are only a few like the pool and tennis courts. Everything is locked up. there are big families moving here from out of the country to live in cramped 1 bedrooms. you will be the judge in person. ask tenants questions, the old-timers. Good Luck!!
