Great building and safe to live in.
Apparently, Mr. Samuel Rocovitch has not been in that building before, and have not interacted wth any of the personnel at King Cole, if you don't like the building, just go somewhere else, but don't critizice what you don't know. First of all, the King Cole is not manage by any outside company, it has an in-house association's Manager, and she is great!, the Security and Valet personnel are very friendly, try to do their job the best they can, and take their job with a lot of pride, their courteous, kind and always try to help everyone that goes to visit the King Cole, besides that they really prevent from people go in to the bldg without the owner's authorization, weather we like it or not,that's enforcing the rule. Also, it looks like you haven't been in the buidling for more than 4, because the corridors have been renovated, and it's really beautiful, and clean, also housekeeping take their job with much pride, and keep the building immaculate. The maintenance in the building is awesome, so if you don't like the kind cole for any reason, please don't go to buy or rent in the building, they definately don't need people like you.

Great building
For the people that wrote the messages before, and for anyone that read these messages when looking for an apartment, and a nice building to live in, King Cole is one of the very few buildings in Miami Beach that has everything included, you don't have to pay any outside bill that is not your maintenance or rent, and your internet, aside of those things you'll have everything included. The people that did not pay their fees to the association, are either out of the building or waiting in court for their foreclosure.

Not good investment
This location has a very bad management. They hired a third rate person who is treating residents like her employees. Valet service is really bad, they are slow and rude most of the time. Security service people are completely uninterested in any issue and do not enforce rules. ASSESSMENTS are popping up like crazy because many owners don't pay their monthly fees and other owners need to pick up the bill. In addition the amenities are falling into pieces, the pool is awful, the corridors look like a soviet KGB building from the 80s. Finally the association is made up by a bunch of amateurs who have no clue about what they are doing. Bad investment, location is good though, but look elsewhere.
