I have sold and I currently have one unit listed for sale in this building! Here is what I like about this building: Always starting with the location, this one close to everything from Golf course to major highways, WPB airport, gorgeous side walks along the intracoastal, Restaurants, Spas and you name it! Of course the private access to a Gorgeous Beach, Gym and recreation room with kitchen complete the package. It is worth it to mention about the great management and very polite stuff. You can have it all with a very reasonable price!!!

La Bonne Vie boasts a large pool and outdoor deck overlooking a truly gorgeous beachfront . The condominiums are oversized and homeowners enjoy views of romantic sunrises on the beach . La Bonne Vie is situated very close the former Ritz Carlton and the Four Seasons Hotel. It is only a short lovely drive north on A1A past expansive mansions and clubs till one arrives at elegant Worth Avenue, The Breakers Hotel and Palm Beach nightlife are there. It is also a short drive south for more casual dining and shopping on Atlantic Avenue in Delray Beach. It is close to golf and tennis and the airport. It has it all.
