As a REALTOR� and resident of Sunny Isles Beach- I find La Playa De Varadero to be a refrshing change from the ordinary. While La Playa is far from being a luxury motel- it is well maintained and very affordable. There are about 400 units in 4- 2 story buildings. Most apartments are fully equippedwith everything one would need to reach the beach. I dont understand why if Carlos Seoane thinks that our complex is a piece of shit,he did not sign to sell his unit, when we all were offered $300 000 for each unit and because of people like him we could not have the good money in our pockets.<br/>all crap is what he is writting,only lies,dont believe him.We have one of the best complex on the beach,and our customers are always happy and gratefull. Unfortunatelly we have people like Seoane,Hanan or Pepe Cordero,that only think about their personal interes,and their business,but they have forgotten that there is a mayority of honest owner who will not allow them destroy a paradise like Varadero IV. <br/>Cordero and Hanan,stop your stupid fight for the market,there is enough customers for both of you !<br/>Seoane: stop posting malicious comments about our property ! <br/>We,the owners,are tired of this shit and will make you pay for what you are doing !!!

I have lived at La Playa for several years. I own 2 units, the one I live in and a second unit that I rent out. How can it occur to anyone that I would do a negative posting when I rent my rental unit . It is stupid to think that I would write comments that could hurt my own pocket. <br/>Could the impostor be Mr. Pepe Cordero, association president? or one of his fans?<br/>
