You are missing out on a great deal.
We love it. It is a great value for the money. Management missed the boat by not having finished units availble for viewing or sale but at these prices you can do your own finishing. Neighbors are cosmopolitan and interesting. Great views from both sides. City of Dallas is making an effort to bring more retail into the area. You can walk or bike to downtown.

I loved this place
I really enjoyed the time that I lived here, even on the third floor, you have an amazing view of downtown. The building is located in an area where you will never have an obstructed view of the city and even given how close it is, you can see the ENTIRE downtown skyline from your windows. That was the main selling point for me. There is one thing I should mention though... rumors abound that the previous occupants from the building's past have never quite left. I did, however, meet so many cool people that lived there and had a great time. Great for young couples and gay couples.
