The building is reasonable and in a great location to stores, etc. on Los Olas Blvd.<br/>The building is the most maintained I have seen and is spotless.<br/>Highly recommend buying or renting in this building.

This is the most poorly managed building I have EVER LIVED IN!! do not live here!
The management of this building is HORRIBLE! Upon moving in there was tons of broken appliances that took months to be fixed! There is an ANT and WORM PROBLEm???!!! Key cards break and aren't replaced for months! The building decided to do work on the pooland close it in the middle of SUMMER! THe office people are hands down the most incompetent, unhelpful, rudest people I have ever had to deal with! DO NOT LIVE HERE! Everyone that's here, doesn't want to be!

The management of this building will leave you without air conditioning and then blame it on you. The management of this building is lazy and arrogant as well. The owners do not care about anything but the rent. renters be ware if it becomes broken you are toast!

I'm happy with renting here and have no issues with the building owner. All my appliances work fine and had no other issues to speak of. I guess the other renters reviewing possibly got a bad condo owner that didn't want to fix anything.<br/>I would recommend this complex to a friend and nice pool scene.

I read the reviews below about management. Note there is "no" management company for the buildings. These are all individually owned condo units. Individual unit owners are responsible for maintenance of their individual units. People who do not understand this should take time to read their lease. Buildings are ok and here you pay for location more than the interior of the apartment.

Fine building, good neighbourhood
I've just read the other reviews. I'm an owner in this building and I'm happy with it. We have been living there for a year. Till now there was and is no problem with the management, neighbours or with ants and worms. Who says there are problems is a liar. I don�t know what problems these people have to tell such lies. We like it here very much. <br/><br/> <br/>

Would Not Recommend - Management is Awful
I lived in this Apartment Complex for two years, the apartments themselves are not bad. The Management Company and people who work there are awful. As a renter, they couldn't care less about you. The concierges who work there are extremely rude and make you feel like you are inconveniencing them by asking for something. If you live with more then one person parking will be a huge issue. You can only receive one parking pass and then anyone else has to use guest parking. The guest parking fills up extremely quickly, and if you arrive later then 8 PM any night you will have a hard time finding a spot. The amenities haven't been updated in over 3 years. The TV's near the pool have been broken, and won't be replaced. The gym itself is in bad shape, and no improvements have been made in over 3 years. The price per month is the only thing about this apartment complex that I would recommend, but with all the new apartments being built, I'm sure you'll find competitive pricing soon enough.
