    I love this place!!!!

    I love this place!!! very safe for kids, neighbors are very nice, plenty of parking places for visitors, if you are NOT a problem maker you will NEVER have any problems with association... I have never have any issue with them. I have never seen any floating in the parking lot... NEVER!!! the amenities are very nice, the lake is very peaceful, association overall very secure, turnpike and shopping close by. <br/>I love this place!!!!

    GETTING WORSE EVERY DAY

    PARKING LOT FLOODS WITH THE SLIGHTEST RAIN IN SOME AREAS ESPECIALLY GARBAGE AREA AND THROUGHFARES SPEAKING OF GARBAGE IT IS A REAL DUMP..... SMELLS BADLY.... UPKEEP IS MINIMAL THERE IS NO BBQ AND NO SEATING BY THE PLAYGROUND - THEY WERE REMOVED CHILDRENS PLAY GROUND IS NOT COVERED AND IS INVESTED WITH RED ANTS UNITS HAVE BEEN BROKEN INTO - LAST COUNT WITHIN A TWO MONTH PERIOD WAS 9 CAR CONSTANTLY VANDALIZED NEIGHBORS LEAVE GARBAGE OUTSIDE THEIR DOORS FOR DAYS - MAINTENANCE IS MINIMAL OFFICE WILL HAVE NO PERSONNEL - THERE ARE NO SECUIRTY GUARDS - GATE IS CONSTANTLY BROKEN - SO NO SECURITY - SO THAT EXPLAINS THE BREAK INS

    Owner since they went condo

    I’m an owner since 2005. It used to be nice but the current board doesn’t live here and they don’t care. They took away ALL the amenities. No pool for 2 1/3 years now. Benches and tables removed (we’re not allowed to sit down outside) barbecue area was plowed away. On-site security was removed and people don’t feel safe now. The play ground is old and filthy with no place for adults to sit. It’s really bad. A new board and management company is desperately needed. The current one sucks. They’re NOT approachable. I tried.
