Poorly managed
This building was built with a good intentions. The apartments are nice with great features like washer/dryer, stainless steel appliances etc. Locations is very close to UF. Unfortunately, no one is cleaning the common areas, the fountain is long gone & the staircase area is covered with spider webs & dirt. I visited property twice in 2 weeks & saw the same pieces of trash lying in the same places of common areas floor.They advertise it as a recipient of 2009 Beautification Award, but they probably stopped cleaning & updating it right after that. It's a shame.

This has to be the filthiest building in Gainesville. As others have stated the filth begins the second you enter the garage on bottom floor. Floor is covered with dirt and oil, walls are covered with dirt, dust and unidentified substances, cob webs mold and anything else you can think of. A backdoor of one of the botom units opens into the garage, The door is black with filth. It just doesn't improve. Elevator filthy, all floors dirty, walls with stains, mold, bugs, bird crap. Disgusting and you can tell owners and association don't give a crap about the people that rent from them. Should be condemned.
