HORRIBLE place to live - Run away
NEVER buy or rent in this complex. There are 57 units in the building. There are businesses on the first floor. The Association thought it would be a great idea to give 85% of the parking to the businesses, leaving the 57 unit owners with ONLY 10 parking spots against the fence. If you have more than 1 car, you can forget about parking the 2nd car in the lot. If your car is not in one of the 10 designated spots, it WILL be towed. There are signs that the residents CANNOT park their cars between 7 am to 7 pm. If you leave after 7 am, you will have to move your car every day into one of the designated parking spots OR it WILL be towed. You CANNOT park against the building or in front of the building during the day. As long as the businesses are taken care of they are screwing the people that live here. There will be a mad rush for the residents to get home after a long day of work to get 1 of the 10 spots against the fence or your car WILL be towed at YOUR expense. 10 parking spots for 57 units is RIDICULOUS. Do NOT live here. Run away and run away fast. To retrieve your care after it has been towed will be a few hundred dollars.

Great place to live!
This is a great place to live for a single person, a couple, or a couple with a young child. It has a secure entry, indoor, heated garage, and storage space. There is also an elevator so it is completely handicap accessible. It is right in downtown Lisle with good restaurants close by, as well as the library, Jewel-Osco, and the park. The elementary school, junior and senior high schools are close by. The Lisle Community Park, which is one block away, has a wonderful water park which is fun for the entire family. Several festivals take place in downtown Lisle every year and it's great to be within walking distance of them. <br/><br/>People own many of the units in the building but there are also some renters. Pets are allowed with weight limits. I lived here for 3 years and loved it.
