    Loft Living/Urban Living in Downtown Miami

    The Loft 2 is a residential skyscraper in the Central Business District of Downtown Miami, Florida. The building was completed in 2007 and has 36 floors/496 units. Located at NE 2nd Street and NE 2nd Avenue, two blocks West of Biscayne Boulevard, it is centrally located to major highway arteries such as I95 & the 836 Dolphin Expressway nearby Miami Beach, Brickell, Miami Intl Airport and the Hospital District. One of the most curious design aspects of the building is the First Street Metromover Station which passes “through” the Loft 2 building making it an interesting landmark and convenient transportation method. The Loft concept is ideal for those that love clean lines, the minimalist look. Depending on the unit owner some Lofts may have bedroom wall separations, and some do not. Amenities include front desk lobby concierge services, security services, rooftop pool and gym overlooking the northern part of downtown and Biscayne Bay. The building is managed by KW Property Management a Florida industry leader in property management. Both Melissa Diaz and Katy Canino property managers are highly responsive and easy to communicate with which is essential when having to deal with an HOA. Parking for the Loft 2 is in the parking garage located diagonally across the building. The Loft 2 partners with the Miami Parking Authority. Anyone needing to park their vehicle from the Loft 2 building has special pricing. Parking arrangements must be made directly with the MPA. Schools in the neighborhood: Frederick R. Douglass Elementary School Jose de Diego Middle School Booker T. Washington Senior High School Miami-Dade College
