    Location, location, location

    MarinaBlue is located in Downtown Miami offering bay and Miami Beach views. It's a short distance to the beach, walk across the street to the park, enjoy the museums the performing arts district, shopping and restaurants. Minutes to Wynwood, Midtown and Brickell. The building is well maintained and one of my friends who live there says "people are friendly and has good management". Amenities are well kept, 24-hour security and a great value in a growing area.
