Don't recommend
Walls are thin and outdated. You can hear noises left and right. Towing company comes and checks for expired stickers on cars and tows them away. Packages are delivered to wrong doors. We have water damages due to upstairs having a leaking problem and they won't do anything about it. Loud neighbors. Gates always broken. STAY AWAY

HORRIBLE PLACE TO LIVE I HAVE BEEN HERE FOR 20 YRS AND MGMT AND THE BOARD ARE AWFUL, THEY LIE DO NOT UPHOLD THE RULES AND IF YOU ARE AFRICIAN AMERICAN YOU WONT GET A FINE AS THEY ARE SCARED OF THEM. THIS PLACES NEEDS A OVERHAUL, KIM KALLFEZ IS A BITCH

Love it here
I purchased my condo almost 11 years ago and have nothing but good things to say. The grounds are well kept, not much noise. There seems to be lots of parking for both tenants and guests. There may be some differences between renting and owning, Amenities are good, location convenient, price and management are reasonable. I find that the community of Mariposa and surrounding areas are both very conducive for my needs.
