The met 1 is an excellent building on Biscayne Boulevard. There are many buildings in this area by downtown but the Met 1 is definitely a nicer option located here. It s a modern buildings with a lot of great amenities. Some of these include a great gym, billiards room, and a beautiful pool. Besides the amenities it has an excellent location. It is walking distance from many restaurants and has great metro rail access.

Amazing views, amazing amenities
This building is right on the bay with breathtaking views seeing all the way to South Beach. Gorgeous infinity pool, gym, party room, conference rooms, sauna, lockers, etc.... It has so much to offer the residents;residents agree that the elevators are quick, the entire staff is so professional and friendly and the best part is the association. The building is very clean. The management company does a fantastic job making sure every resident is happy, and taken care of.
