Location and Comfort
Metro Club is located on it's "own island;" a rare thing in the city. We have off-street-gated parking, a beautiful pool and grilling area, a well equipped gym, a very welcoming lobby with excellent security - all of this and surrounded by easy access to Franklin Square, Olde City, Independence Hall, Chinatown and downtown. There is even easy access to the major highways, so driving anywhere is simple. The building is "artistic" in design, so every unit is different. The penthouse level are bi-level units and have expansive balconies. The views, especially the sunsets and fireworks from Penns Landing, Campbell's Field, Citizen's Bank Park and the Art Museum, help to make this building a special place. Is it the top of the luxury ladder - no; but it's getting closer every year.
