Millenium Palm condos
Most of these condos have been refurbished. New administration very strict and community gate surveillance very good. There is also undercover people to check if anything suspicious goes on. I am the owner for 3 years and I have 3 units. I really feel that the administration is doing a very good screening for tenants who lives there and new to comes. I am pleased with th�ses condos and so are my tenants. Great location, close to Millenia Shopping malls and other convenient stores. I will keep these units as long as possible. Like the area.

Its so funny to see the pictures up online and how the place does not look like this. if you go to the back of the place, there is landscaping but not what the picture shows. and the amenities are good if the people who used them actually used them. the majority of the people who use the pools are people who do not live in millennium palms. they live outside and jump the fence and break everything like the emergency flotation devices in the pool areas and the long pools the clean the pool. people have to call the front office to get security to come and throw the people out. people leave the gates open and whoever wants to walk in and use the gym or the pools just walk in and destroy the place. there is no security during the day like when 3 cars were keyed out front of my unit and when my husband chased the kids away before they could touch our car. another car a few weeks ago was spray painted with black lines on it and was not able to be removed. they also said that the first years Home Owners Association fees will be paid...when we moved in, the first year they didn't do anything. there was no landscaping, no security like when someone broke into a unit 2 doors down and when there was a man looking in our windows, pot holes everywhere, pools weren't cleaned, tvs were stolen out of the fitness area which explains why there are no longer tvs to watch in the gym area. yea so when they say first year is free its because they didn't do anything. this place to me is not safe, i go nowhere at night and am scared to walk to my car after dark. the surrounding neighborhood is very horrible and there are sirens you can hear every night. if i knew it was like this, we would have DEFINITELY NOT MOVED HERE, dont move to this area unless you own a weapon!!!! worst mistake of my life.

Feels like a Resort
We haven't been living here long...BUT...have had nothing but good experiences in the time we've been here. The people we have met have been more than helpful. The management keeps the place secure and clean. Kids jumping the fence for the pool is a bit of a problem...yet Security tries their best to keep on top of it...with 2 pools on the complex it's hard to be everywhere at once. Reasonable Condo fee's. Well kept property. Shaded play area for the kiddies. Screened Porch. Granite counter tops in kitchen and bathrooms. What can I say it's a great place to live...if your a considerate, honest and mature individual!!!!

they take long fixing things
i have being living one year and two month and im very disappointed first before you sign a lease check first the apartment your going to move in i use to live on the first floor and their was a big leak and it took a long time for get a hold of someone to come and see what was going on, the maintenance don't know how to fix anything, then i move to the second floor they said the apartment was ready when i start to move my stuff the apartment wasn't clean no mirrors on the bathroom one window was out of place the porch door is hard to close ans i still like that their was a leak on the roof the garbage disposal back up to the dishwasher and it still does i didn't sign my new lease and i wont im planning to move out they security here sucks and those camera that are at the gate they don't work also check to see whoas living on the property i just found out their are sesual predator living by and their allot of kids in this compless also they said the apartment are energy efficient thats bull i have never pay for so much electric in my life like ive being doing and i work my son its at school i hardly use electric so if you planning to move here and do your work check out the place first don't sign a lease until you see where you moving into i have pictures of the apartment of all the stuff that is wrong here but i wont bother no more with mane gent im just going to move out

This �rea was targeted by the government for significant improvements,as parte of the Millenia �rea. The former owners bought the while complex and once call empty proceeded to remodel. BEAUTIFUL final resulta after a millionaire remodeationl. All new Cabinets with granitecounters, berber carpets, ,great maintenance crew and sales were in charge of Mar�a Rappa. Suddenly the market crashed with only 45 or 55 units sold. Not more to say nothing would sell despiste the strong marketing efgorts. They decided to rent the unts. Everything went quite well But to keep units and healthy environment they had strong screening measures. The rentals did not work either. They sold this place to Mr. Cognoscenti. Person Whor is NEVER SEEN THERE MO MATTER WHAT HAPPENS. The pool is not used by residentes,But by Kids that jump the fence from Buchanan Bay into Millenium Palms. Gym is vandalized by residents themselves. Drugs sold right at the entrance and almost in front of Security. Apartments are broken in just during the morning or early afternoon. Strange people come in and go all the way to back buildings for drinking And partying. Stolen vehicles,stolen vehicle Parts like rims and my second driver was damaged. I incurred in $650.00 of repair. The girl in charge of rentals is very unsensitive. Dealing with these issues Very vulgar and disrespectful too. It used to be a beautiful Community. Gorgeous apartments But it is out of control. And with this new administration it will State as it is.
