Disclaimer
Great Value with some of the largest floorplans in Brickell
Great building with a perfect location. It has state of the art amenities like Clubroom with lounging and dining areas, wide-screen televisions, a coffee bar, and a wall of floor-to-ceiling folding glass doors that offer seamless access to the Pool Terrace. It also has a Gym; dedicated yoga studio and it offers full-service concierge. The inside of the units are modern with high end finishes. My favorite part is the location, it has direct access to The Shops at Mary Brickell Village where you will find restaurants like Moxies, Shake Shak, Toscana Divino and one of my favorites, North Italia. If you want to experience something different or need to do some shopping the building is just a 5-minute walk from Brickell City Center. I honestly don’t know of any other building in Brickell that offers all these amenities and perfect location for this price, especially when you consider how big and modern the units are!
