    The view from kitchen and the main room are great, unless interrupted by continuous fire alarms and<br/>announcements into your apartment.<br/>Elevator breakdowns are weekly. Atmosphere is cold and not welcoming, unless you belong to the correct<br/>superior good people ethic clubs. As tenants like to joke - what is Boca? A place where .... come to die!<br/>Terrible layouts. No luxury. Listen to your air conditioner 24/7 which is attached to a wall of your unit. <br/>Listen to washing machine, frig and ac while watching tv.<br/>Pricing - you�ll feel like a fool if you try to resell. <br/>Horrible layouts but fine if this is just a holiday apartment.<br/>False market price created. Just try to list property with realtor that is not a board member!!!<br/>Good luck.
