Cracked skylight ... and nobody cares.
I reported a cracked skylight dome last winter to the owner that I rent from. It's September and I'm afraid the snow will melt and leak through again this coming winter, causing more ceiling damage. The owner said he wrote a letter to the association. I haven't heard from anyone. I've heard maintenance people on the roof many times, and they must have seen the cracks unless they're blind. My guess is they just don't care.
