Nice building, but TERRIBLE Management (Action Property Management)
I lived here for 2 years, and, for the most part, things were fine. It's not in the best neighborhood, but it's easily accessible via the metro and you can always drive out of the area if you want to feel safer. The gym is nice and the apartment itself is great!<br/><br/>Now, those who actually owned the apartment I leased were great. They were really prompt at responding to issues (broken garbage dispensers, burnt lightbulbs, hornet nests). The issue I have with this property is that they let residents have undomesticated dogs in this building. Right when I was moving out, my fiance was exiting the elevator when a dog--not adequately controlled by its owner--bit his ankle AND drew blood. Cameras in the courtyard should have captured the whole situation. Obviously, this is a liability issue. But, Erin Jones, the Action Property Manager, is seemingly unconcerned about the entire event despite its urgency. I left multiple voicemails, sent an email, and I was told that Erin was notified via her personal cell phone. Has she responded within a timely manner? No. If management is important to you, do NOT come here.
