Nice site, bad surroundings
Palmer Hill is nice in terms of the development/units but what they don't tell you at the sales office is that it is surrounded by a fair amount of public housing and a radio tower is close by. They also claim that homes in the surrounding area are worth in the million mark but that doesn't seem to be the case. I carefully drove through the area and did a search of the immediate surrounding home values online, they are no where near the million dollar mark. Do your homework! The units are costly and less than 70% of the development is complete which means ongoing construction for a long time.

Not a good deal
Went and looked for townhomes at Palmer Hill. Didn't realize it was surrounded by welfare apartments. They conveniently left that off the sell sheet. Salesperson was not helpful. For close to 1MM I expect something a lot nicer (especially if I'm in a Stamford school district). Also, it's going to be impossible to sell in the next 5-7 years since they are planning on building so many additional units. This project is going to be a disaster. It's too bad since we had high hopes.
