    HORRIBLE! HORRIBLE!!!!!!

    This was the worst experience ever. I wouldn't wont anyone to move there. People smoke weed down the hall way. also they don't fix anything if broken. my a/c was broken for three months. nothing was done about it. the management comes into your home , when your not there, without warning. the elevator get stuck a lot . I got stuck fire rescue had to get me out. the management is always in your business , Antoinette will run you away. she works for management. its a maintence lady always watching you.. there is always someone watching. and police is always being called, like almost ever other night. that's a bad area to move in also, I don't believe safe for kids.

    Worst worst won’t recommend

    it’s one of those worst apartments won’t recommend to anyone please read to the end before choosing this apartment I’ve been living here for close to 2 year Im renting from a private owner i don’t have any problem with my unit but with the association there’s a lot to deal with but 2 major problems that 99% of the residence complain about first none of the washer works in the laundry room it just take your money soaked your clothes and don’t even wash. second you only get one parking spot assigned to each unit it doesn’t matter the size of the unit or how big is the family. now if you need a second parking spot you have to pay an extra $50 a month they just no how to make money out of the resident and your visitor gets only a 30 day visit when it finished you can’t have your visited over again because you won’t be able to register they car in the visitor parking and if you don’t register your car they will tow it without a warning notice or anything . Then there’s no one in the office on a daily basis the office manager comes once a month so if you have a problem you have to wait for that once a month visit to speak with her and if you at work during the one visit that she’s there I’m sorry so would never get to solved your problem . Also your a resident there and have to purchase a key for $5 just to access the pool area . It’s just a crappy association I would never recommend to anyone who ever want to moved here I wish you luck I’ll end it here. Thank you 🙏🏼
