finally finished
contrary to what an earlier reviewer had written, the complex is just recently completed. the landscaping is finished, the physical plant is very well maintained , and over 50 % of the units have been sold, the homeowners association has no dues outstanding.

This project is almost entirely finished and under new ownership for over a year. The Homeowners Association is very healthy, and the the entire landscape has been re-done. I'm not quite sure what the previous reviewer is referring to, this community is over 50% occupied and healthfully bustling.

These condos are awfully overpriced. you can go to Woodside just down the street and buy an older unit for the mid $100's. They are not handicap accessible so they aren't really for empty nesters from the area. Builder completely missed the mark. It is like living in a ghost town. Project is not finished. there are foundations and slabs in place for the next phase surrounded by a beautiful chain link fence. Complex is very noisy due to its location next to a busy restaurant. The original builder is gone, so good luck getting any warranty work done. <br/><br/>Since they have only sold six or seven units, there is no money in the HOA fund for maintenance. WE GOT SCREWED! I am going to report Mr. Skidmore (who convinced me to buy here) to the Dept of Real Estate.

The best luxury townhouse community I have ever lived
This property and the units inside are amazing. It's in such a central location, yet no one really knows where you live because it is hidden and very secure. Once you drive through the gates, you feel you are ta an Italian retreat. The neighbors are friendly,, getting help is easy, and you can walk to every top-end restaurant or a quick uber downtown. I highly recommend l giving to this community. YO will never find anything like it!
