    AWFUL CONDO PROJECT--WORST IN VEGAS

    Security gates broken and open with graffiti tags EVERYWHERE. Homeless people living under stairs and taking baths from the outside water faucets. Pool and Spa PERMANENTLY CLOSED BY HEALTH DEPARTMENT with locks on gates and doors. Clubhouse smells of urine, cigarettes, booze with broken water pipes causing damage to ceiling, walls and floors. Trash and dead landscaping with leaking sprinklers. Trash everywhere with broken and missing mail box doors. Electrical panels, telephone boxes broken and left open. Most of the units are VACANT and the units that are occupied have FILTHY AND NOISY RENTERS in them. This condo project is SO BAD that only one of the three HOA BOARD MEMBERS LIVES IN THE CONDO PROJECT. ONE LIVES IN TEXAS! RUN, DON'T WALK, AWAY FROM THIS CONDO PROJECT.
