TERRIBLE HOA! Nice Townhomes.
My wife and I have lived at Pottsburg Crossing for more than two years in one of their townhouses, which are very beautfiul if you are looking to buy/rent, but I am writing this review to warn anyone about the housing association - if you do not adhere to their STRICT rules prefectly, they will literally harass you with letters email. My wife and I have had pictures taken of us at night by them, my fathers car was towed when they were here visiting because the back end of the vehicle hung out in the street, when everyone in the neighborhood does the same thing, there isnt enough room in the driveway... If you have kids, DO NOT MOVE IN. The HOA will target everything that they do. It is a gated community and there are nice people living there. Other than the HOA, the townhomes and condos are very beautiful and the property managers are very helpful, but I would not recommend moving in here.
