Good Property but HOA stinks
Currently (May 2012) the Reata is a very nice property with a really terrible attitude towards renters. In an attempt to maintain 25% or fewer of the units rented, HOA president and management company are refusing to renew several renter contracts, citing trivial reasons. Funny enough, many of the units are empty, so the community keeps getting smaller and smaller. Unless you want to hob-nob with "the man" do not rent here. That being said, the property manager, Angel, is a gentleman.
