Disappointing
The building itself is quite good. It's kept clean and in good repair. My problem is that the leasing agent is letting people sublet their apartments. They do whatever they want, as late as they want. I will not be staying here

I'd just like to let it be known that none of the units at City Place Condominiums in. Jacksonville Florida have balconies and/or patios. [311 W. Ashley St Jacksonville, Florida] It is written under building description that all of the units have a patio or balcony. Whoever is responsible for editing this building description should definitely fix this false information immediately. Having a patio would be great but unfortunately this couldn't be further from the truth. None of the units in the whole building have patios, much less balconies. I just wanted to bring that to attention. 😆 😆 😆
