I absolutely HATE living here and hope I can save anyone the misery and stress ive experienced in these condos. One I was leaving my condo and the entire hallway smelled like marijuana. Kids were smoking in the stairwell. The noise level is rediculous, I hear everything from the people upstairs vacuuming to flushing their toilets and slamming the toilet seats. Not to mention I hear them constantly walking around. when they turn on their shower the pipes behind the wall rattle. Waste management comes 3 times a week before 8am and wakes up my 9 month old baby boy. This is an issue because I cant put him to sleep everything until 11 or 12 due to the noise coming from the people upstairs when they are awake. The dumptrucks stay about a half an hour to shake around 3 huge dumpsters. The lawn maintenance company also comes this early and wake up the residences with their loud machines. I have spoke with many other condo owners who have the same issues so im speaking on behalf of all of them. The parking is terrible, we only have one spot and the guest spots are extreemly far from my building. My faab that is used to get into the gate and also the building didnt work for an entire weekend and I was unable to get in touch with anyone who could help. I drove around for 20 min before I could get in the gate because only half the residences faabs stopped working (mine being one of them). I have a baby boy with a serious heart defect on monitors and medication and occasionally needs oxygen. This was one of those occasions and I couldnt get into my own home for about 30 minutes. 20min at the gate and another 10 in front of my building, I was unable to leave my condo this entire weekend because I would have been unable to get back in. Amy who works at the front desk is very nice and helpful and the condo asociation puts all their dirty work on her shoulders. The condo association is terrible and blatently rude especially a woman who I believe is names Theresa, shes very rude when addressing any issues. She came to the clubhouse I had rented for a party and yelled at my family for having alcohol and continued to tell them that there is no such thing as renting out the clubhouse. I put down a $500 deposit and reserved the date. She left angry and called the president of the HOA, Jim, Who then came over and told me that renting out the clubhouse didnt include the pool and everyone I have invited shouldn't have been in the pool HOWEVER he told me drinking is permittted, just not any glasswear (obviously). He left and said my company could remain in the pool area since they were already here. Then amy called me to do his dirtywork because he couldnt tell me himself. She continued to tell me that No one could drink any alcohol on the pool deck, only INSIDE the clubhouse. By this time I was in tears because I have been dealing with these rediculous people for a couple months about the noise issues and how it directly affects my sons health and LIFE. It sounds extreme but trust me, it is far from it. The HOA consists of a bunch of heartless old folk with no hobbies other than to make the residences here as miserable as they are. UPS and FED EX never deliver packages because they cannot get in the buildings or cannot find the community alltogether. A neighbor of mine made a noise complaint with the police one night and the police never made it because this was basically uncharted territory. The condos are beautiful and the area is convienent but it is not worth the stress and headaches and complete MISERY I have experienced living here. I feel it is my responsibility to share this terrible experience on every reviewing website possible and notify all the realators about this community that I can. No one deserves to be in this miserable community. If you do move in then get a 4th floor unit away from the gates and trash rooms. That is the only way you will avoide being completly miserable in your own home.<br/>
