We’re “pioneers” of sort, have bought our condo in Riverwest 16 years ago....RW living is clearly one of the best values downtown, with low monthly HOA’s, great amenities and is well managed....the resident social committee offers regular events to increase our resident friendships...did I mention Water Works Park!...peace...bka
