Great Location
This is a nice building at a great location on the intracoastal water way in Fort Lauderdale. The apartments are spacious. I owned a unit in this building for 18 years. Unfortunately, it has been the worst experience of my life. I have witnessed so many negative events in this building, can write a book about. Incompetent management, unfriendly association who works against you. I had to move out of this building after 7 years because of the negatively charged atmosphere. My sanity was more important to me than living on the intracoastal. Shortly after I moved in had to bring in Broward County Human rights commission. They had to comply with the nondiscrimination laws of the Broward county. Small group of people wanted to control everything going on in the building. Yet if you were one of them they looked the other way. Those were the same people who constantly violated the house rules. Used the place to benefit them. Most uncivilized place. Before I moved into this building a local realtor had warned me not to move in there. I should have listened to him. I recently sold my apartment in there. Was one of the best days of my life. 18 years of nightmare finally came to an end.
