    If I can give this place a zero I would. Moved here in 2021. Gotta say it’s probably one of the worst apartment/condo residences in downtown Austin. Since I’ve been here there has been two renovations due to poor maintenance in the building. 1st renovation after the freeze probably lasted a little more than a year. The pipes bursted leaving everyone without water or electricity for a week. So definitely not a reliable place to live. The second renovation is going from Sep - Next year (2024). Because someone burnt their apartment down and the sprinkler pipes bursted leaving everyone’s home flooded with water. Not only that but when the fire happened at 9am on a Tuesday. My dogs and I had to go down 6 flights of stairs with water bursting out these pipes. Imagine a massive waterfall in a stairwell. The people doing renovations leave their equipment in the hallways which I believe is not good in case of emergency. Neighbors are NOT welcoming at all. I had 3 people in their mid fourties’ and older come banging on my door demanding me for drugs at 9pm on a Wednesday one time. The front of the building is not very welcoming either; dead plants, flooded with homeless people and street gangs , dog feces , and two large dumpsters where homeless people like to hang out. No balconies. The garage system is shared with the hotel next door so always traffic going in and out of the hotel, higher risk of a accident. Also the elevators are always open so the place is not secured either. Looking forward to moving to the Avenir.
