    Rude management, idiot board memebers.....

    I have been in this building for a short time. The building is not cleaned on a regular basis, dirty elevator, Joan the manager and her assistant Elvyn are very rude and need to take course's on how to converse with others. Board members wait at the doors or lobby entrance to harass as many residents as they can. I have yet to receive keys from the building management. Parking and use of the building is an issue, no guests or family allowed unless you give a two week notice. The only thing running the building is the rats, roaches. The building management and board of directors need a wake up call on how to actually run a building. BEWARE DO NOT BUY NOR RENT IN THIS BUILDING.

    Do not go here

    The state is building is very poor. There is no money spent on any repairs (the fontain at the entrace for ex.) and cleaning the community areas like elevators. The management is very unprofessional and unorganized (chaotic). They don't keep track and blame you if something looks not like it should. Don't expect a nice or social management agent helping you when you have problems.<br/><br/>The biggest drawback is that this building is infected by roaches. You can clean everything twice per day, you will still get them in your unit. They are simply coming over from other units using spaces in walls/floors/ceilings.<br/><br/>If you doubt, please visit the building, check the parking garage, the ceiling in the lobby and 'M' floor and use the elevator before you decide to buy. You will confirm my review.

    Building improving

    Since many of the non-paying "squatters" have FINALLY been foreclosed on (after cheating the building out of tens of thousands of dollars in maintenance fees) and moved out, Sailboat Cay is improving daily. Without these filthy people, who brought roaches & garbage into the building, the building is noticeably cleaner. Those who were trying to rent out rooms in teir units are finally gone! A much higher class of renter and buyer has started to move in. Eventually, this will become the building it should be. Getting rid of the trash that previously lived here is the first step! The pool/barbecue area renovation is beautiful. Management is enforcing rules, which is great! I hope things continue to improve, because this is a great location with plenty of parking, spacious units & beautiful views.

    Full of pests and horroble managment

    I rent there, looking to move out soon. Roaches, rats, bugs n other pests are everywhere, they send a "pest control" person few months ago which didn't work at all, and at the end I end up spending time and $100s for my own stuff, but the whole building keep having the problem. If you buy, maintenance is RIDICULUS HIGH, that�s the reason of so many empty apartments; and if you rent management is extremely rude and abusing of their power. Now anyone older 18 who lives or attempt to live there HAVE TO pay $100 to $135 to run a criminal and credit report check to be registered at the office, even if you are not renting or paying directly to them (renting an apartment or just a room to the owner), and if you�re renting and the owner of the apartment is late on maintenance you CAN NOT make use of the pool, grill area or any other installation more than elevators and front exit door. Only one space to park per apartment, if you need an extra parking space you have to look for someone else who rents one, usually is about $50-$75 per month, they always on top of cars checking for expire chaps and making problems if you haven�t move your car for too long from your parking space, you only can park on your space your registered car. If you want to use elevators to move a single furniture you have to report it, ask for permeation, etc. They always enforcing rules to take money out of your packet and always harassing people on sending lawyers for eviction from the building (kick you out of your place) or towing your or your guess car. Pool and grill area is been closed for the whole summer and there is always papers in every floor next to elevator with new rules to enforce. <br/>All this problems makes your home an unpleasant place to live. <br/>And last, lobby is always hot and the front door�s fountain is never on.<br/>

    El Sailboat Cay tiene apartamentos con excelentes comodidades y tiene una ubicación privilegiada!!!. H visto que realizaron varios arreglos y modificaciones en el Condo que son valiosas e importantes para los habitantes del mismo. El plan es seguir con las mismas y dejarlo en excelentes condiciones por lo que teniendo en cuenta su ubicación y los precios de los Condo , me parecen una buena opción de inversión, . Saludos

    esas críticas son muy buenas. hoy 2022 hay una nueva administración en permanentes arreglos todo pintado y muy limpio. no hay con que darle a l excelente ubicación. departamentos muy espaciosos parqueos bajo techo. un piso entero de estacionamiento de cortesía. gracias a la administración actual se selecciona la gente con un récord alto y hay cámaras en todos los pisos. excelente relación precio servico. vivo muy cómoda.

    excelente ubicación cerca todas las principales tiendas y facultades !!!!!!! críticas del 2013 viejísimas. Hoy nueva administración en permanente remodelación , los invito a que vean las fotos de arreglo de loby y puertas de entrada. La administración actual esta hace un par de años y se acabó el descontrol de los años 2011/13. halles pintados a nuevo y nuevas alfombras. lo recomiendo por las comodidades y precios muy convenientes para semejante ubicación. Parqueos cubiertos y todo un piso de estacionamiento bajo techo. LO RECOMIENDO PARA VIVIR !!!!!!!!

    Constantes mejoras

    Vivo en el edifico sailboat cay y la asociación actual están en permanentes mejoras reparaciones y arreglos. Este jueves toca desinfección de plagas. Todos los meses pasan y hay que anotarse abajo. Tenemos portones nuevos y lobby a nuevo. Ya se cambiaron las alfombras de los pasillos de todos los pisos. Aire acondicionado en todos lados funcionando perfectamente. Vivo muy cómoda en una ubicación privilegiada cerca de todas las tiendas y universidades. La asociación actual pide 650 de récord a los tenant. Eso hizo que habite gente de buen nivel y educación pagando mantenimiento en término Parqueos cubiertos y un piso entero enorme de parqueo de cortesía. COMPREN O ALQUILEN TRANQUILOS NO se guíen por críticas tan antiguas y malintencionadas NO HAY EN ESTA ZONA PROPIEDADES POR ESTOS VALORES DE ALQUILERES Y VENTAS. Saludos
