Wow...sour grapes "Cindy"?
Having resided in the building for many years I can attest to the FACT that Joni and the entire staff are outstanding! Sanctuary is the best run building in Downtown; lower fees than any other high rise, same staff for the last 5-7 years, great neighbors, great community! I've never gotten an "infraction" and I've never witnessed "favoriting"...I have, however, witnessed people propping their doors open to grab the a/c from the hallways so they don't have to pay to cool their own condo and I've reported it! Thank you Sanctuary staff and Board for keeping out the riff-raff!...make it a great day everyone! 8)
