    LOUD AND OLD

    Place is very old with lots of continous rusting problems. Water is disgusting. Kids every weekend are loud and very annoying. The noise in each unit is unbearable. You hear every step the unit above you and next to you makes. Dogs consistently barking. Not worth it.....

    Don't Do It

    Have lived here for a year and cannot wait to leave. There are no nose barriers and you hear absolutely everything next door to you, above you and below you. It is an old building but desperately needs to be updated. The pool restrooms are filthy. The steam room never works properly. There is constant work being done at the pool so is very loud and annoying throughout the year. Don't complain about the noise, nothing gets done. The pool workers act as if you are a pain in the a-- when you request something and the parking attendants look at you funny if you don't tip them every time.

    Needs Updating

    No sound barriers between walls or floors which makes place very noisy. Pool is nice. Area is great. Steam Room never works and pool bathrooms disgusting. Always doing work at pool area which is loud and annoying.

    Great Place but Terrible Living

    Agree with other reviews, is sooo loud. Walls must be extremely thin. If you plan on sleeping at night- forget it, you'll hear evry sound any neighbors make.

    Sometimes Noisey, but supper convinient, safe, and clean.

    I have lived in this building since 2004. I absolutely love it and had minor issues but nothing that would make me to want to move or sale. The building has gone through major improvements and has one of the lowest condo fees on the beach. Any building of this age is in constant need of updating but it is not to the point were it is consistently annoying. It is safe, I cannot hear my neighbors every move or sound. <br/><br/>Yes there are moments that you hear sounds but that's to be expected with appartment living. Everything is within walking distance or a short cab ride and you have the Westin Diplomat resort right next door. The beach is great and you can leave your belonging and no one bothers your stuff. I have never found the restrooms to be filthy. The staff has gone through major turnover because the building use to oursource the services and now employs the valet and security personnel directly. A change of the manager is needed, he started off with a bang but has become too lack luster recently and has an horrible attitude. Close to great shopping, dinning, casinos, beach, fishing, and all other FL fun.

    Huge Mistake

    I am ready to move out. I do hear all kinds of noises from neighbors/animals/kids. The building is very old and has not been reinsulated. The walls are very thin. The location is convenient. Yes it is next to the Diplomat, but not the actual hotel, it is next to their personnel, garbage, and delivery building. Talk about noise - try living next to that.

    Hollow Building

    Since I have lived here there has been non-stop LOUD construction, not only at the pool, in the enterance area, but on the floor where I try to sleep. DON'T COMPLAIN to anyone....nothing gets done.

    Would Never Recommend.

    I have been in this building a year now and can't wait to move soon. The management seems insufficient and mostly like to post new and ridiculous rules (probably suggested by the VERY OLD Timers who live here and have no life except to complain - just watch their in-house cable broadcast of association member meetings, they're hilarious and ridiculous at the same time). Example: Can't invite more than one friend at a time to you condo because there is no parking, oh don't forget to carry your dog with you. No grill area, MAY bring the rats around (like there aren't already). The gym equipment is in disrepair and obviously the staff doesn't know anything abut how to have the right equipment. Dirty public bathrooms in gym and lobby area's. Very poor common area's - old paint, no color at all, old carpets from the 1970"s that needs replacing. Your friends will think you're living in some old dormitory. They spent a fortune to remodel the lobby, it'll make you puke. Wasted lots of money. Contant noise and leaks throughout property. Especially noisy due to the trucks coming in and out of the Westin Diplomat at starting at 6 a.m. - so much for listening to the birds in the morning while having coffee. They have NEVER cleaned the outside windows, so you just have to risk your neck and hang out on the edge if you want clean windows! No storage area's at all. No furnishings in common areas of elevator lobby at each floor. They must be afraid of people stealing, yes there are thieves who live here, I'm a victim myself. They say they can't do anything about it. OMG never go shopping on the weekends for a single piece of furniture because they won't allow you to bring it in until a weekday even though the freight elevator is infrequently used except by the maintenance team. Even though there is adequate pool deck space, they don't utilize it for any fun uses like shuffleboard or grilling or anything else. I strongly recommend you go a block south to The Beach Club and compare for the same rents. You'll be glad you did.

    Noise, smells, old carpets around, bad , very bad experience................

    I was never imagine when I move to this building that i will had such a bad experience.<br/>Don't think to buy a unit in the north side of the building, that means, face to The Diplomat loading zone, you will never going to have a normal life again, you will never going to sleep again... The noises that they made are impossible to resist for normal human people, they will star before 6 Am, and is look like never ends, sometimes 11 Pm, 2 Am.... don't even think to call the Hollywood Police, they can show up after an hour..................The building is not that bad, the steam room in the 2 years that I live here never works, in season is to many people back and for, that means looks like, they have short term rental here.........................you will never know who is next to you.......<br/>When the garbage truck coming the entire building shaking, specially the north side, where the dumpster are.<br/>When you go to the office to claim for the noises, they don't really care....<br/>The only people who works very decently is the Security employes which are from different Company....and ................<br/>Think about, is not a good investment, in a long term, you will have more problem then satisfactions........<br/><br/>This is a Hollywood Residential Area?????????? NO.<br/>I can probe all this.

    A Condominium with A New Feel

    Sea Air Towers is wonderful, it is right at the beach - literally. Enjoy the spacious pool and deck. Enjoy the gym, or the library and game room. Have a party in the party room. The prices are reasonable for buyers and for investment purposes, the condos rent well and without hassle. This is a secure condominium with an enclosed parking garage and valet parking, and there is twenty-four-hour security on the premises. FOB access to the condominium, and handicap accessible. Management does an excellent job in keeping residents informed and addressing any concerns in the building. This is a welcome everyone community. You will love it. Not to mention the nearby restaurants, shopping, horseracing, Diplomat Hotel, and more.
