    This is a horrible project. Don't purchase

    The developer just care about their bottom line. The sales agent will do anything to get you to sign the contract. They will lie to you. Make sure you have a real estate attorney review every detail of the transaction. They are so shady. If you can't close for whatever the reason, they will keep your deposit. They are the most unscrupulous people. On the units they have being trying to sell them for 2 years now and still can't sell them. Many people have decided to walk away and forfeit their deposit rather than purchasing these units. They are selling units are primary residence to get people in and then renting the units from the buyers just to make sure that they sell the units. That is not only irresponsible for fraud.
