Worst management ever!
This building may quite possibly have the worst management I have ever experienced in my life. One of two elevators was broken for over a week, the entire pool area will be closed for over a week (because it's half-full), the garage door sensor never works and to top it all off, of you want to complain about any of these things, you have to deal with Maria, quite possibly the nastiest, rudest and least customer oriented manager on the face of the earth. Get rid of Maria and things may be a little more enjoyable living here, but overrall can't wait to move.

Before moving to this building, I read Jennifer's review (above) and dismissed her caution as a happenstance, a simple bad encounter. Much to my dismay, Jennifer's comment turned out to be quite accurate. Maria, the building manager, is a miserly woman with a poor attitude that she insists on exhibiting to residents, no matter how inappropriate or unnecessary to the situation. I have only just moved here a few days ago and I already feel Jennifer's anxious anticipation to leave. Moving to Solaris has been a regrettable decision, and all thanks to Maria's intolerable demeanor.
