Home sweet home. I bought a 2/2 in Spencer Place a year ago and have never looked back. We have the best neighbors- cordial if not outright friendly, caring, and best of all, they seem to apply the rule of "Live and let live". The 2/2 units are spacious, albeit the kitchen and storage are lacking due to misused space...but a few adjustments and you can restructure the space to achieve a really dynamic and functional living space. But the real advantage to living at Spencer Place is the location, which is more or less equidistant to WPB Center & the new Brightline, as well as Palm Beach International Airport, less than a mile from anything one could need or want - shopping, Publix, Whole Foods, Target, Lowe's, entertainment at Kravitz center or the Amphitheater, hundreds of restaurants, hotels, ect. Here you can live 5 minutes from work, the airport, and everything else you could ever need or want! Love it!
