    Great new building and perfect location for a downtown

    I am a real estate broker and I have shown in this building quite alot. Really, really nice building with awesome ammenties. The entire area is going through a major transformationwhich will mae this a great place to work and play when completed. There is a large park across thestreet that fronts e Bay so your east views will never be obstructe. The park has lights that light the entire park at night and it is very common to see people playing sports, walking dogs, running and just hanging out. Great urban scene.

    Good Overall

    im in a one bedroom. most one bedrooms face the city. if you have a two bedroom you will have a nice view of the park across the street is so nice. the street just finished some construction an is now smooth and has plenty of pay parking. the valet in the building is helpful if you have publix bags and such to bring upstairs. parking overnight for a guest is stupidly expencive. 15bucks or more. the gym is amazing with a great view of the bay and park. the bulding is clean front desk on 2nd floor sort of confusing for visitors. i find it annoying for ppl to hop in the elevator with you and ask to use your key fob access to go to someones apartment. if ur a renter, the building is not so dog friendly. they ask you to use a particular elevator or pick up the animal thru the lobby. show a copy of it being registerd to miami-dade, a hold harmless agreement, and all the vet/vaccination information. the building is rather quiet. not that many children in the building. they are very strict on the parking garage assnd. spcs. dont park in anothers spot or it will be towed. if you have a scooter as i do be extra careful in the garage, ppl speed and will scare the crap out of you. get use to seeing 1800club managment letters in the elevator. but overall, i wld rate this place a B+.

    Love the setting of this building

    This is a newer building that is just north of the Performing Arts Center/ Opera. It is directly across the street of a nice hug public park that has lights for night walks, basketball and volleyball games. It is FHA approved which always help in getting financing. The views from the east facing units are amazing and there are certainly opportunity here. As in most buildings there is a good amount of Short Sales that make for getting a huge deal somewhat of a challenge.<br/><br/>Chris Galgano<br/>Broker Associate

    Great location

    1800 Club is one of the best buildings in front of Margaret Pace Park, it has stunning Bay and City views, great amenities, and excellent management. Considering its design it is still very reasonably priced and its financing allows for many first time home buyers to purchase here. Right at the ground floor you have Margaret Pace Park, which is amazing for entertaining guests, events, or staying active throughout the year. It is definitely a must see!
