    Building STINKS

    I planning on buying in this building and rented an apartment for a few months to check it out and see what was available.<br/>At first it seemed nice but then at certain times the building (and I mean the whole building) would have this terrible odor and no it was not from someone's kitchen. When I tried to talk to management, they said it was a problem but they were working on it but from i understand from other peope who have lived there for years, it has been going on for a long, long time and is not getting better. Many of the people who live there are old and probably have lost they sense of smell but it is not just that it also has some very nasty people living there. I would NEVER buy or rent there again, so be warned!

    MISMANAGEMENT

    Building is run by First Service Residential and they cater only to BOARD. Everybody else is second and third class. The Broker Owner Maya Tegov controls all aspects of the building and bosses everybody else. There is a mafia feel about the building. Stay away. Bad INVESTMENT
