This is not the best choice!

There are better places to live in in the same area. In order to use the amenities you have to join the rec center, they are not included. The service sucks, we rent from the Fountains and we have had to request multiple times that someone check out our problems, Mainly bugs, and we have a very well kept Apartment. The managment can be disrepectful when you call to explain an issue, this is a poor quality managment and after living here I would never live here again. Sorry this sound harsh but its a warning. I hope for the best of louck for anyone looking for a place to live. Thank you for your time.
Resident

    great place

I live here for about 12 months and it's a GREAT place to live. No problems at all!
As soon as we need something fixed they come and do the job, nice people, nice apartment...it's only far way from mall, but near the beaches. Never got any complains from people that live here! if you want a quiet place, reasonable price, this is the place!

    AWFUL MANAGEMENT!!!

I saw adds all over craigslist for a great deal price on 2 bedroom blah blah, come to find out that they dont even offer that price at all!!!!!! Confronted manager (Jennifer) about the add completely denies the pricing and says that the add says pricing may differ!! She is completely rude to me about this whole situation. So i go home check the add and nowhere on it does it say that!!! Just completely dissapointed in the FALSE advertising and how someone can be so rude to someone that keeps food on your table by paying the rent there!!!!!!!! I would never give these people my money for them to scam anyone else!!!

    Best New home

I have to say that this is one of the nicest places I have lived in since I have been in Florida for 22 years, except when I owned my own two houses.
The Management is great, Jennifer really helped me allot to get into the place, and The maintenance is awesome. When I first moved in I had a few problems that they took care of right away. They have a great bunch of people working there. I have no complaints about the staff at all . I like them all very much as I have met I think all of them and they are very friendly and out going. I hope to call this place my home for a while, as I have been moving allot over the past 5 years. 1 move a year, So I hope this will be my last for a very long time. The location is awesome also, close to my work and the beach.
I only have one complaint about the complex and the is not the staffs fault, it is the tenants. And I know this happens at all apartment places but there are some lazy people that don't pick up after there dogs, but other than that my daughter and I love this place.

Frank Pitts

    Miserable place

I made the mistake of signing a lease at this condo turned apartment complex in August of 2010. I've regretted it ever since. It was supposed to be a 2/2 renovated apartment, but the only thing new about it was the incredibly cheap, ugly wood flooring and the equally cheap carpet in the bedrooms. The cabinets and appliances are relatively new, but were filthy when I moved in so they were not as new as I was lead to believe. The appliances are also cheap and don't work well...especially the dishwasher. The water heater was supposedly new too, but after several months of incredibly high electric bills, I finally got a new thermostat and my bill went down $40 the first month. Prior to that, the maintenance man told me there was nothing he could do. Luckily for me, they got a new maintenance man who finally came through. But, the biggest problem with this complex is that these condos were built in the 70's which means they are small, the doorways are narrow, there are very few light fixtures (none on the patio, in the hallways or in the bedrooms), and you can hear absolutely everything upstairs and next door....and I mean everything! The also floors creak when people walk upstairs which is not great for you when your neighbors go to bed late or get up early. You can also hear everything that goes on outside. I have noisy neighbors living in the building next door who are always outside talking at the top of their voices. I can hear everything they say even with the TV turned up. They're also drunk most of the time and the police had to be called not long ago to stop a fist fight. They were allowed to rent here with a pit bull that they don't leash plus they have a black cat that runs loose. Another big problem with this complex is that we've had three managers and two assistant managers since I moved in. The latest manager is the most interesting of all. Rather than calling to find out if a complaint is true or not, she sends out a very nasty notice which ends with capitalized, bold print and three exclamation points. She's also planning patio inspections soon. I don't plan to be here to find out what's next since I'm getting out as soon as possible. So my suggestion to anyone considering this complex is to find a house instead. It's probably about the same price (I pay $925 for approx. 850 sq. feet.) and I guarantee you'll be a lot happier.
