There is so much wrong with this condo. Please look elsewhere as you will find that there are many other condos for the same price that offers much more. Here is a brief list of some of the problems I have encountered as a resident.<br/><br/>1. Poor management<br/>2. The hallways and parking garage are not cleaned regularly.<br/>3. Poor security. Some doors require residents to use their fob to access while others are left open for anyone to enter. <br/>4.Fire alarms go off a lot and when they are being tested be ready for the testing to last for 2 weeks straight for hours at a time.<br/>5. Noisy pipes. Anytime I run my water a screaching noise is heard all the way down the hall.<br/>6. Doors fro the garage that access the building slam at all hours so if you are unfortunate to live close to one of these doors be prepared to hear it all night.<br/>7. Management reserves the right to enter your unit at will if there is an urgent matter such as a water leak etc. they need to resolve. Trust me this will come up whether an actual emergency exists.<br/>8. You must use Hotwire Cable as your cable provider. Prices for expanded cable are high and the service is horrible!

Move here if you want to be harassed by security, the building manager and the condo association. Also, if you like the smell of hot trash.<br/><br/>I've been living here for 3 months; here is my experience:<br/><br/>I started renting here while living in a different state and my apartment sat empty for 2 months. During this time security called me at 3am about a noise violation in my unit, claimed that I owe them $100 a day for having a dog in the unit and their proof is that the building manager claims he saw me. Again, I wasn't living at my unit at the time. <br/><br/>Now that I am here, security makes me show them ID to get through the gate when I say I live here, but if you say you're visiting they let you in without ID. The valet takes a minimum of 15 minutes, and I told the building manager he's a liar and he threatened to evict me for doing so. I suspect that the condo association makes a habit of fining people and evicting them for not liking it. We shall see...<br/><br/>If I could sum up my experience here it would be: slow and illegal.<br/>
