    Wonderful townhome community incredible location

    Within walking distance of the Cardinal Stadium and Jobbing arena, home of the Coyotes and site of numerous entertainment events the Quarter Townhomes at Westgate are well located to entertainment, sports, dining and related shopping. A great location of today's generation Y and X'ers looking to be near the action. The units are spacious and nicely appointed. The current sales prices reflect the current prices in today's Phoenix real estate market. If I were interested in a townhome here is the location of my next home.

    Great Property and a way of life

    Westgate is a good place to be.the perfect mix of family as well as young professionals. I believe this area will continue to thrive and in a few years the prices on these homes will be higher and people will be wondering why didn't i buy in 2010 when the price was half as much.<br/><br/>Also it is nice to have westgate in walking distance and a casino will be on the way just close but no too close to the property.<br/><br/>I love leaving here and the management team are responsive and keep the pool area really nice and clean.
