Renter in the Regillus
I moved in 2 years ago. I’ve lived in the Bellevue and 1200 Lakeside over the past 7 years , and have looked at the Nextdoor Bechtel . They don’t come close to the opulence andhigh maintenance level of the Regillus . I am now looking to purchase here but the prices are above my reach . Last year there was some construction noise from the Lake Merritt project . We also had one breakin although it appears they tightened the security system

A Prewar Manhattan Bldg in Oakland
The Regillus is by far the best building on Lake Merritt. It’s gracious design and private garden that open into the lake are terrific as well as it’s lobby . The doorman will carry your shipping from car to elevator The beautiful Bechtel has no Lobby nor garden ., and the Bellevue has off geometries and maintenance issues.
