The building leaks three times in three months

I have lived in the building for three months. My apartment leaks two times already. As soon as i moved in, the bathroom vanity is soaked because they didnt tighten the faucet so the water leaks into the vanity. Then when i came back from vacation, my apartment was soaked, walls were peeled and everything. the construction manager only offered to repair at first, and the repair was just slow and they made a big mess, noise, and dust in the apartment. two days after the repair, i was trapped in an elevator and the elevator suddenly stopped and dropped half a floor. then my apt was leaking again today. i was told that it was because of the wind--normally the wind blows from west, now it is from north--so it rustles the rain into my apartment and my kitchen area is just a disaster, drenched in water. i mean, i cant believe i paid 2 million dollar to live in a tent made of paper. i almost got fired last time i took days off from work to stay home to supervise the repair. this building sucks, dont buy it and it is way overpriced.
