    Beachside Living @ The Tides in Hollywood Beach

    The Tides condominiums are located on Hollywood's famous white sandy beach. These fabulous oceanfront condos have exceptionally spacious living areas. Built in 1968, the two towers feature 722 condos between the two buildings named the South Tower and the North Tower. They were converted into condominiums in 2005 with luxurious amenities and services including three heated pools, a beach club, business center, fitness center, concierge and valet parking. Rest assured the buildings are highly secured with security guards and FOB only entry points. The building is very well managed by AKAM On-Site Inc. 954-458-3295 and the front desk personal are extremely friendly as well as helpful. English and Spanish spoken fluently by most. Short term rentals are allowed by individual owners. Furnished units with fully equipped kitchens, washer/dryers on every floor and front desk/parking services. Much like a hotel but with the convenience of a home. You can eat out at the nearby restaurants or stay in and order from the lobby café. Self park/Valet services as well.
