Buyer BEWARE
I have never run into a situation with any real estate transaction in my life as I did with the board president of Trafalgar II Condo HOA in 2018. When I first called this person, all he did was yell into the phone, I literally didn't get a chance to say more than "Why are you yelling at me", then he hung up on me. All I can say is steer clear. The President of this board is a dictator and makes his decision on who he wants to purchase in this building solely on his own likes and dislikes. As illegal as this is, I heard he discriminates against service animals and Canadians and anything else he simply does not like . He makes his own rules, does not submit changes to the By-laws to homeowners and is one nasty angry person. This person will make your life miserable if he doesn't like you, which I think must be everyone. I have heard complaint after complaint about this man from various people. The owners in this building are all afraid of him and do not want to stir the pot, but they should do everything they can to get this person thrown off the association board ASAP for their own good. Buyer beware, this kind of behavior will make everything difficult for someone looking to purchase, and will bring down the price of every unit in Trafalgar II.
