    Of the 4 downtown condo buildings at water’s edge, only the Trianon affords million dollar views for less than a million bucks. Large private balconies ensure all 2/2 units above the first floor have expansive views of the intracoastal waterway, Palm Beach, and the coastline of West Palm Beach. Units on floors 12 and above see the ocean while those in the 01 stack face directly east and a bit north. To be sure, Trianon’s views are only matched by its location. Perched at the edge of downtown and just over the middle bridge from Palm Beach, Trianon is close to shopping and dining, Palm Beach International Airport, the Norton Museum, Society of the Four Arts, Kravis Center, the Lake Trail, and big events including the Boat Show and Sunfest. Owners enjoy a doorman, assigned resident parking, a club room and sparkling waterfront swimming pool. Trianon is currently undergoing a refresh which will raise its profile and desirability.
