Building poor design
The Turnberry Tower in Arlington appears to be a luxury place, but appearances can be deceiving. One would think that, for the price, each unit would at least have its own air supply. Painting going on anywhere on the floor and your unit will smell the same. Not an often problem you say? When the neighbors are cooking curries, you smell it. When the neighbors have the flu, you catch it. And forget about having work done in your unit. The management makes it so difficult on any contractor or business, that every reputable company within 100 miles already knows about this place. Everybody charges you double or more for nearly everything. And often times, the work you are having done gets stopped mid project by building management. Long story short, the building looks great, but is more of a pain than it's worth. There are much better Places to live in the area.
