Building Description
Turtle Creek offers a wide selection of both single family homes and condo's for the individual that loves golf.
Turtle Creek Club was designed by one of America's premier golf course architects, Joe Lee. The 18-hole championship layout offers five tees ranging from 5424 yards to 6764 yards. The greens at Turtle Creek were renovated and re-grassed with Tif-Eagle in 2001 and the fairways and rough were renovated and re-grassed with Seaside Pas Pallum in 2003. In addition, during 2003, a new cart storage facility and new maintenance building were constructed. Turtle Creek enjoys a large double-ended practice range, short game practice greens, practice fairway bunker, (2) practice greenside bunkers and practice putting green
The Turtle Creek Club is nestled between two navigable forks of the Loxahatchee River with Jonathan Dickinson State Park on the north and is part of the larger Jupiter and Tequesta area. The community straddles northern Palm Beach and southern Martin counties in southeast Florida.
The ?Gold and Treasure Coasts? of Florida are blessed with miles of white sandy beaches. The warm blue Atlantic waters are constantly refreshed by the Gulf Stream, which is at its closest point to land off our shores. The areas rich cultural history is enhanced by a host of theaters, museums and galleries. Florida Atlantic University provides continuing education for all ages. The federally designated ?wild and scenic? Loxahatchee River flows through the picturesque Jonathan Dickinson State Park.
