Terrible HOA
<br/>This complex has a terrible HOA. We're former residents and we insist that you absolutely owe it to yourself to do your homework and research what people have said about this place. Search for a check out all the reviews online. Talk to current and former residents. I'm guessing you will have a hard time finding anyone who can recommend this place. Just the parking issues and all the restrictions alone will be enough for you to regret moving there. I can't recommend this place to anyone.

Great Place to live with excellent schools but poor condo assocition management
This is a great place to live. I like it because it is close to everything. The neighborhood is located in an upper scale neighborhood and schools are excellent. The only problem is the community association which are very high and don't respond when you need them. They worry too much about petty stuff. Overall the place is very clean and the landscaping is beautiful.
